Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you come out?
Most quotes go back the same day and we can usually start within a week. Smaller jobs such as a lawn cut or a single hedge often get squeezed in sooner.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not for most jobs. As long as we can get to the garden or the drive and there is an outside tap for washing work, we can get on with it and let you know when we are done.
Do you take the waste away?
Yes. Grass, hedge clippings, weeds and the silt washed off your paving all leave with us. It is included in the price unless we tell you otherwise.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or cash on the day, once you have had a look and you are happy with the work.
