Jet Washing and Pressure Cleaning
We use a rotary surface cleaner rather than a spinning lance where we can, which gives an even finish with no stripes and keeps the water and silt under control. Edges and awkward corners are then finished by hand.
Block paving is re-sanded with kiln dried sand afterwards to lock the blocks back together, and we can seal patios and drives once they are properly dry if you want the finish to last longer.

Will jet washing damage my paving?
Not when the pressure is matched to the surface. Concrete blocks and slabs take a strong clean, while decking, sandstone and render need a softer approach, which is what the right kit is for.
Do you need water and power?
An outside tap is ideal. We carry our own machine and hoses, and for jobs with no water available we can bring a tank instead.
How long does a driveway take?
A typical driveway is half a day including re-sanding. Bigger areas or heavily soiled paving can run into a full day.
How often should it be done?
Every eighteen months to two years keeps most surfaces on top of it. North facing areas under trees go green faster and may want doing yearly.
